YOU HAVE THE POWER TO SHAPE THE FUTURE Increasing diversity in the chemical enterprise will lead to a significant and competitive edge in a globalized, high-tech marketplace. The ACS Scholars Program offers support to help underrepresented minority students succeed in college and in life through: Scholarships Mentoring Summer research internships It is critical that the chemical workforce be positioned to fully maximize the talents of everyone. The American Chemical Society established the ACS Scholars Program to promote inclusion in the chemical enterprise. Today this program is more relevant than ever. It addresses the mounting challenges of an aging workforce and develops leaders that more accurately reflect our increasingly diverse population in the United States.
